2021 My Kota Bear Calendar Contest

We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual 2021 NICU Calendar to showcase our amazing preemie babies who have survived the NICU.

10 Spots are available to be filled in our My Kota Bear 2021 Preemie Calendar. Will your child be one?

The Donation is $20 to enter.  Submit the Donation right here on our website.

Terms & Conditions:

Our contest for entries ends October 21, 2020 at 11:59pm and the winners will be announced on Nov. 1, 2020.

The child that is entered MUST be or had been a premature baby.  Ages of the children should be between newborn to 7 years old.

Once you have Registered & the Donation is paid, within 24-48 hrs, you will receive an email from info@mykotabar.com (so, be sure to check your Spam Folder or Promotions Tab) requesting that you send us a photo(s) of your child (that you would like to enter in our calendar) by 11:59pm on October 21, 2020.

We will be reviewing your story and the quality (i.e. clarity, photos of child alone, etc.) of your photos. Photo should be a clear picture of your child, only.

All Donations are non-refundable. All proceeds go to My Kota Bear, Inc. 501c3 organization.
