We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual 2022 NICU Calendar to showcase our amazing preemie babies who have survived the NICU.

4 More Spots are available to be filled in our My Kota Bear 2022 Preemie Calendar. Will your child be one?

The Donation is $25 to enter.  Submit the Donation right here on our website.

Terms & Conditions:

Our contest for entries has been extended to October 8, 2021 at 11:59pm.

The child that is entered MUST be or had been a premature baby.  Ages of the children should be between newborn to 7 years old.

Once you have Registered & the Donation is paid, within 24-48 hrs, you will receive an email from info@mykotabar.com (so, be sure to check your Spam Folder or Promotions Tab) requesting that you send us a photo(s) of your child (that you would like to enter in our calendar) by 11:59pm on October 12, 2021.

We will be reviewing your story and the quality (i.e. clarity, photos of child alone, etc.) of your photos. Photo should be a clear picture of your child, only.

All Donations are non-refundable. All proceeds go to My Kota Bear, Inc. 501c3 organization.
