2023 My Kota Bear Calendar Contest

We are excited to announce our 4th Annual 2023 NICU Calendar to showcase our amazing preemie babies who have survived the NICU.

1 Spot are available to be filled in our My Kota Bear 2023 Preemie Calendar. Will your child be one?

The Donation is $25 to enter.  Submit the donation right here on our website.

Terms & Conditions:

Contest entries will be accepted until November 15, 2022 at 11:59pm.

The child that is entered MUST be or had been a premature baby.  Ages of the children should be between newborn to 

10 years old.

Once you have Registered & the Donation is paid, within 24-48 hrs, you will receive an email from info@mykotabar.com (so, be sure to check your Spam Folder or Promotions Tab) requesting that you send us photos of your child (that you would like to enter in our calendar. Photos can be baby and as they have grown through the years.).  The photos are due by 11:59pm on November 15, 2022.

We will be reviewing your story and the quality (i.e. clarity, etc.)  of your photos. Photos should be a clear picture of your child(ren), ONLY, (unless they are twins.)

All Donations are non-refundable. All proceeds go to My Kota Bear, Inc. 501c3 organization.
